As soon as the railway approaches completion, & joint Board
of management shall be formed which shall have the entire con-
trol of the railway for the purpose of the working thereof.

1 'representing the ritish & Chinese Corporation.
2 representing the "onkong Covernment.
und the General "anager who shall be appointed by rutuel
agreement between the Hongkong Goverment and the British and
Chinese Corporation uo representing the Chinese Covernment.
